

FFY follows a structured 4 week training schedule. Members are encouraged to attend a mixture of classes for the best experience and results.

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are strength-focused with untimed rest to build muscle, strength, and resilience.

Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday are Timed Strength & Capacity sessions that use strength-based movements with timed work and rest to build cardiovascular capacity, endurance, and improve recovery ability without sacrificing muscle or form.

The Fit For You Method

FFY Reformer follows a structured weekly class rotation. Members are encouraged to attend a variety of class styles for the best experience and results.

Traditional classes build strength, stability, control, and muscular endurance through precise, full-body movement.

Tower classes use the tower attachment to improve mobility, total-body strength, posture, and movement quality with exercises that aren't possible on the reformer alone.

Jumpboard classes develop power, coordination, cardiovascular endurance, and strength through low-impact, athletic movement.

Restore + Core classes combine intentional core strengthening with mobility, flexibility, balance, and restorative movement to help your body recover, move well, and continue progressing.

Q: How long is each workout?
A: About 1 hr.
Q: Can I workout everyday?
A: Yes you can. Each 4 week phase is programed intentionally so you can come 7 days a week if you want to.
Q: How much do your memberships cost?

Q: Where are you located?
A: 369 W Main Street, Avon, CT. Behind the Benjamin Moore Paint store, across the street from the Starbucks plaza on Rt 44.
Q: Who are the coaches?
A: You can learn about each coach on the "meet the team" page of this website.
Q: How many people are in a class?
A: Never more than 12 (strength) or 10 (reformer) and sometimes as few as 1.
Q: How do I sign up for a class?
A: Once you decide on a membership option, you will book your sessions on the website or app.
Q: What if I can't make it after I've booked a session?
A: You can cancel, change or add strength sessions 90 minutes before the session begins and 6 hrs before the reformer session begins..
Q: What is the cancelation/no-show policy?
A: If a strength session is not canceled 90 minutes prior, there is a $10 late cancelation/no-show fee and the session is not redeemable. If a reformer session is not canceled 6 hrs prior, there is a $20 late cancelation/no-show fee and the session is not redeemable.
Q: What if I want to cancel my membership?
A: You have complete control over your "monthly" membership and may cancel from the app or website anytime without any sort of explanation or notification.
Q: What if I need to pause my membership?
A: You may contact the Fit For You team to pause your membership due to injury, illness or travel.

The curated monthly programs emphasize impactful compound movements. Each session is structured and coached so that every woman is performing each exercise properly and getting the maximum benefits. NO RANDOM EXERCISES, NO RANDOM WORKOUTS!
Form is always the priority to avoid injury and get the best results possible. Every detail is intentional so that the experience is consistently premier. The training environment is safe and supportive to ensure every woman feels comfortable, empowered and welcome regardless of their fitness level, strength training experience, age, shape or size.
